First Course

Camarones azorianos

Grilled giant shrimps marinated with white wine, paprika and garlic mayonnaise, served on a bed of julienne of peppers and caramelized onions.

Second Course

Three cheeses ravioli with red pesto.

Stuffed with three cheeses and truffa with roasted tomatoes and peppers sauce and sundried tomatoes pesto.

Third Course

Tenderloin with foie gras and Pedro Ximénez

Grilled heart of beef tenderloin, stuffed with duck foie gras in Pedro Ximénez sauce


 Chocolate secrets with berries

Chocolate cake filled in chocolate mouse with red berries

Price per person 950.00 pesos.

Includes: four-course menu, 2 glasses of red or white wine, grapes of luck and a glass of sparkling wine. Celebration package to receive the new year.
